Great product but appeared used

Great product but appeared used
Received the fryer and it has scuffs on it like maybe it had been returned before or something. The book that came with it had pages that were already folded and upon receiving the package both outside and inspected de boxes were beat up. The dent didn’t make it to the air fryer but it did make me want to look harder at the item and it’s a nice piece and everything but just came with scuffs already on it around the top. It was a gift so obviously I was kinda embarrassed

    Perfect air fryer. So easy to run. I had another one that only lasted a few months and was more like a toaster oven

    Love it. The only reason I am giving it a 4 rating is because I wish it had a menu button with pre-programmed cook settings. I have to get the little cook manual out each time to figure out cook times and temperature. It cooks well and clean up is easy.

    Having to return. Not sure if it’s just my apartment but it lets out smoke apparently I can’t see and will set off my smoke alarms. Other than that I did love the product.

    It is so beautiful and easy to use. The design is sleek and sexy. Not loud, and cooks your food evenly without that rubbery texture like a lot of air fryers. 10 out of 10
